Paralegal
A person who is not a lawyer but who has some relevant legal training and works under the supervision of a lawyer. Many attorneys employ paralegals to help them in a wide array of areas including legal research, memorandum creation and filling out forms. Although a paralegal may in fact do most of the work on your particular case, be sure that their supervising attorney reviews all of the work closely and signs all documentation as necessary.
